BEST LOGISTICS PARK AWARD FOR 2009
P3 PointPark Prague D1 won the “Tenant’s Prize – The Best Logistics Park for 2009” during the EASTLOG Logistics Conference on 22nd June 2009.
The goal of the award was to select the best logistics park in the Czech Republic on the basis of tenant satisfaction. Cushman & Wakefield was the official guarantor of the project and the satisfaction of tenants was measured by a telephone survey conducted by STEM/MARK.
There were 6 logistics parks submitted by developers which met the criteria to enter the competition. The criteria included having at least 20,000 sqm of space available in the buildings in the park, having at least 4 tenants for at least 6 months and having at least one building with final building approval within the 18 months preceding the contest.
P3 entered both of its Prague parks into the contest – PointPark Prague D1 and PointPark Prague D8. A total of 17 tenants responded to the STEM/MARK questions from these two parks. The questions primarily revolved around satisfaction with the building, the location of the park, the services provided by P3s well as financial factors.
The survey showed that the tenants of PointPark Prague D1 appreciate the technology, the transportation services as well as the quality administration of the park the most. In the Construction category, the PointPark Prague D1 tenants ranked the park, on average, 20% higher than any other park in the competition. 87.5% of respondents were also satisfied with the transportation services available at the park. In the Operations and Services category which covers waste management, gardening services, maintenance and repair, the number of technical issues as well as additional services, the average satisfaction of PointPark Prague D1 tenants was 26% higher than in other parks.
