BRATISLAVA | POINTPARK PROPERTIES WINS THE PRESTIGIOUS CONSTRUCTION & INVESTMENT JOURNAL AWARD
It was a victorious evening for PointPark Properties (P3) at the Radisson SAS Carlton in Bratislava. On Tuesday, December 8th, the prestigious CEE region magazine, Construction & Investment Journal, presented awards for the third time to the Slovak development industry in the following categories: best residential project, warehouse/logistics project, shopping center, office project, best overall project, personality of the year, best agency, best legal firm and best developer of 2009. The winners were selected by a commission of experts from the development, banking and consulting industries who had to choose from a number of projects, people and companies that contributed to development in 2009. PointPark Properties took home the CIJ award for best warehouse/logistics project in Slovakia in 2009. The jury which was overseen by consulting firm PriceWaterHouseCoopers presented the award to P3 for their construction of the prospering regional distribution center which was a built-to-suit project constructed in PointPark Bratislava for Möbelix.
“Winning the CIJ award is a recognition of our hard work and efforts. Everybody in the company was excited by the results and it will drive us to do even better. The CIJ Awards Slovakia are part of a series of awards distributed to five countries in the CEE region where CIJ is published – the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania.
