Build-To-Suit project for Schnellecke Logistics completed

PointPark Properties (P3) has successfully completed the construction of a warehouse facility at PointPark Bratislava in Lozorno. This Build-To-Suit project spans out over a 50,000 m2 parcel of land with a total building area of 26,349 m2, including 1,600 m2 of office space.

P3 has new management team member in Germany

FRANKFURT, GERMANY | NEW HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT JOINS P3 TEAM IN GERMANY

The German branch of PointPark Properties has a new member on its management team. Ingo Spangenberg has been appointed Development Director and Head of P3 Germany. As of August 1st, Ingo is responsible for growing P3 business activities in Germany.

Ingo Spangenberg is a recognized expert on commercial real estate in Germany. He has 20 years’ experience in acquisition, sale and leasing of logistics spaces. Thanks to close collaboration with investors, brokers and tenants of such space, he has a special outlook on the overall logistics property market in Germany, including appropriate locations and buildings.

Ingo Spangenberg earned his engineering degree at the Berlin Institute of Technology in 1992 with a focus on industrial property. He has demonstrated his managerial abilities in leadership positions such as Berlin Industrial Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, Head of Industrial at Savills and CEO/COO Managing Director at Sirius Real Estate. Prior to joining P3, he worked for the real estate consulting firm GREC GmbH, which he also owned. In his daily duties at Sirius he was responsible for more than 200 employees. His successes include issuing IPO for Sirius Real Estate at the AIM in 2007.
