Further expansion at PointPark Prague D8

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC | TWO NEW TENANTS IN POINTPARK PRAGUE D8

PointPark Prague D8 welcomed two new tenants. Noark Electric Europe is engaged in the development, production and distribution of electro technical equipment and components. TOPSTEEL is the distributor of stainless-steel metallurgical supplies. Both new tenants now occupy space within building DC03.

Noark Electric Europe has leased 878 sqm of warehouse space and 95 sqm of office space. “We searched for a modern European distribution centre in Prague that would help us to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of all our products to our customers throughout Europe. PointPark Prague D8 best met our demanding requirements,” says Michael Reiner, Executive Director of Noark Electric Europe.

TOPSTEEL became the fourth tenant in building DC03 and signed a contract with P3 for 1,747 sqm of warehouse and 358 sqm of office space. “The space at PointPark Prague D8 allows us to bring our warehouse stock closer to our customers in Central and Western Bohemia,” says Michael Carvan, Executive Director of TOPSTEEL.

“We’re happy that the warehouse space at PointPark Prague D8 meets our customers’ demanding requirements in terms of size, required area and range of services provided within the tenant’s regional operations,” says Peter Bečár, P3 Managing Director Czech Republic and Slovakia. “We appreciate the fact that Noark Electric Europe uses our warehouse as the platform for entering the European market. We believe that this choice will enhance their future growth and expansion.”
“Likewise, we are pleased with the TOPSTEEL’s decision,” said Daniel Kubizňák, P3 Leasing Manager. „During our cooperation with the client, we have established a very good relationship and we know that this location is the right facility for their further development.”

PointPark Prague D8 has currently 7,500 sqm available and there is also a possibility to build three new buildings totalling 62,350 sqm, which are being offered for Build-To-Suit projects.
