The Luís Simões is P3 Alovera’s new tenant

P3 SPAIN, MADRID

PointPark Properties (P3) – international warehouse developer and asset manager has completed a new deal on the Spanish market with Luís Simões which has become the latest tenant at P3 logistic park Alovera. Luís Simões provides logistics services on the Iberian Peninsula - Spain and Portugal. The company has signed a three-year lease for two units and a two-year lease for the remaining unit, with a total area of 27,560 sqm.

Alovera is one of seven P3´s logistics centers in Spain. It is near the capital of Spain, Madrid, where highways A2 and R2 connect Madrid to Guadalajara. The optimal location, good accessibility, technical equipment of the park as well as the P3´s professional approach were the reasons for Luís Simões to choose Alovera.

“We’re very happy to welcome Luís Simões at our park. Despite the complicated situation in the Spanish market, we were able to meet all requirements and forge good relations with the tenant. I’m sure that this was last year’s largest new lease that has been achieved at this location,” says Tim Hennes, P3 Head of Asset Management Western Europe.

Tim Hennes added: “We took this asset and another one located at Avda Bellestera (C4) under our asset management two years ago.  We offer our clients rectangular distribution space which allows for the flexibility to incorporate dividing walls across the width of the building in order to accommodate one or more occupants.”
