Pointpark Properties shows positive figures

The past year, 2011, was markedly successful for PointPark Properties. Throughout Europe, P3 leased a total of 472,750 sqm of warehouse space and completed four new build projects. This equates to a year-on-year increase of 104 % of transactions.
